IS PAYMYDOCTOR DOWN? AM I THE ONLY ONE HAVING ISSUES?

Okay, so is it just me or has PayMyDoctor completely crashed/gone down/stopped working? I've been trying to access/log in/get on for the past hour and all I get is this annoying/frustrating/stupid error message.
